Great experience from start to finish. Not only did I get a great deal on a vehicle, and a good price on my trade in; I also got my new vehicle delivered to my residence because I was unable to drive my old standard shift due to injury. The hand over was done at my house and they took my old vehicle away. I'd like to add, that I suffer from anxiety and often get very stressed dealing with 'official stuff' - Pacific Motors made the experience completely stress free for me - Thank you

Had a very good experience with everyone there. Bought a Yukon that had issues before we drove it off the lot they tried every option they could to fix it and wasn't able to at which point they took it back and we paid the difference on a different Yukon they had on the lot. We have referred our friends to Pacific Motors. They were honorable and honest with us which goes along way. One of the best used car dealership experiences we have so far had.

I am very pleased with my experience so far with my interactions with Pacific Motors. The sales people were very friendly and showed us the vehicle we were interested in, and offered us an alternative to look at. They walked us through everything very carefully and efficiently. I've bought a few vehicles both for work and personal use from pacific. I will never shop elsewhere, they are honest about car sales. They stand by their product and price fairly. Pacific does not pressure or hassle customers. There is a strong sense of family business at Pacific and they welcome you in as though you were visiting their home. The vehicles are good quality and price and they have earned my consumer loyalty.

I had a general idea of the type of car and van I was looking for, and Brian took the time to understand my requirements and tracked down the right vehicles for my family. Jase did an excellent job explaining all the paperwork. We're loving our Accord and Odyssey. I love the feel of the family business. Highly recommended!!

I was in the market for a used truck and found myself at Pacific Motors looking over their inventory. Their vehicles were all in such fantastic shape it actually made choosing one a bit difficult, lol. Beyond the quality vehicles the staff, particularly Dave Lewis, were phenomenal to deal with. There was no pressure at all and they were very accommodating with requests for fitting in test drives that worked for my schedule. When I did settle on a truck I wanted to buy they negotiated fairly, including properly valuing my trade-in and stood by their word taking care a couple of small details that popped up after my purchase. I'll be honest, I don't write reviews often but my experience with Pacific Motors was first rate from start to finish and worthy of a minutes of my time to type a few words of praise. Hopefully if you're reading this you'll consider bringing them your business in thanks & recognition for the excellent service and vehicle I received.

I purchased a used vehicle for the first time at a dealership and had the most relaxed experience during a pandemic no less. Everyone who worked there was very helpful and setup everything with the vehicle so I could just pick it up and drive home as they believe their location to be out of the way for me lol. A quality family run business that I would have no hesitation in recommending to others or visiting again if I ever need another vehicle. They also followed up to insure I was still satisfied and that everything was working out for me. Top marks

I had to look for s new vehicle because MPI wrote of one that was almost paid off from an accident that was not even our fault. It was s stessful time for me. A friend referred me to Jase. He said he had been dealing with the family for decades. It was a tough time to me to be looking because choices of good used vehicles was extreamly limited in my price range. I didn't expect to do an upgrade, but I found a wonderful Grand Cherokee. The staff were amazing, very empathetic to my circumstances, and patient. I highly recomend this family owned dealership❣ I was treated like I was family and not a person made to feel bad because of the peremeters I had put on my budget. Some other dealership staff blew me off when i said not to wanting used. My vehicle has been a dream and with this past winter I am a firm believer in heated seats Thank you Pacific Motors, your professionalism and respect has been a God send in more ways you can imagine.
